Shipping and Receiving
All inbound freight shipped to the resort can arrive no more than one week in advance. All handling charges will be charged to the vendor’s account.

- Pallet Freight $250
- Shipments of large freight will not be accepted prior to the contracted move-in date. Pallets, crates or drop shipments are subject to additional fees based on weight and size. Pallets received need to be broken down prior to departure.

When shipping inbound freight, please affix completed “Vendor Shipping Labels” to all packages. Please include the representative from your company that will be onsite so shipping and receiving charges can be mapped to their account. Enter your meeting details such as presentation and what day you’re presenting, or tradeshow. This will ensure packages are organized at the resort.
