    Conference Participation Opportunities

    The MBG Annual Sales Conference is intentionally designed to create multiple points of interaction between vendor partners and members through focused presentations, direct engagement, and an interactive tradeshow environment.

    Vendor Presentations

    Vendor presentations provide the opportunity to address MBG ownership and management teams directly regarding product initiatives, programs, pricing, strategic priorities, and new opportunities. Presentation formats may include PowerPoint presentations, product demonstrations, or open discussion.

    Presentation opportunities are available in 30-minute, 60-minute, and CEO Breakfast formats. Members will be seated in a classroom-style environment designed to encourage engagement and discussion. Vendor partners presenting during the conference are also invited to join members for hosted lunch on the day of their presentation.

    All presentation opportunities include standard A/V support (projector, screen, microphone, and connectivity), internet access, refreshments, and hosted lunch service. Presenters should plan to provide their own computer and/or tablet.

    • 30-Minute Presentation: $4,000
    • 30-Minute Presentation + Tabletop Exhibit (Up to Two Days):  $6,000
    • 30-Minute Presentation + 8’x10’ Booth Exhibit (Up to Two Days): $7,500
    • 60-Minute Presentation: $7,500
    • 60-Minute Presentation + Tabletop Exhibit (Up to Two Days): $9,500
    • 60-Minute Presentation + 8’x10’ Booth Exhibit (Up to Two Days): $11,000

    Premium Sponsorship Opportunity

    CEO Breakfast Presentation (75 Minutes) + 8’x10’ Booth Exhibit — $10,000
    The CEO Breakfast provides a more intimate setting for extended discussion and engagement with MBG ownership and leadership attendees during a hosted breakfast session.

    Tradeshow Participation

    The MBG Tradeshow is structured to encourage focused interaction and direct engagement between vendor partners and members. The revised tradeshow schedule is intentionally designed to maximize attendee participation and create a more productive experience throughout the event.

    Tradeshow participation includes standard booth accommodations, electrical service, WiFi access, hosted food and beverage service, and exhibitor setup support. Additional resort services may be coordinated directly through MBG and the resort team as needed.

    Tradeshow Pricing

    • 3’x6’ Linen Draped Tabletop Exhibit (Both Days): $2,500
    • 10’x10’ Booth Exhibit with Table, Pipe & Drape (Both Days): $4,000
    • 10’x20’ Booth Exhibit with Table, Pipe & Drape (Both Days): $7,000

    Presentation slots are available on Sunday and Wednesday. Additionally, CEO Breakfast presentations are available Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The MBG Tradeshow will take place on Monday and Tuesday 9:00am-1:30pm. The setup for the tradeshow is Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm, and tear down immediately follows the conclusion of the tradeshow on Tuesday from 2:00-8:00pm.
