Founded in 1971, DiversiTech® Corporation is North America’s largest manufacturer of equipment pads and a leading manufacturer and supplier of components and related products for the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry.
Our mission is to help wholesale partners, contractors and technicians simplify their work. For our wholesale customers, we offer the benefit of single supplier source for over 200 product categories, giving them unparalleled product availability and cost advantages across every market we serve. They in turn can provide product line depth and breadth for their customers.
And in turn, contractors, and technicians can simplify their work by having easy access to our offering of high-quality, innovative, and advanced products that save time on installations and headaches from unnecessary customer call-backs. Combining exceptional customer support with a full line of HVAC parts and accessories, we provide contractors with the resources and tools they need to meet any of their customer needs.
Our Foundation
DiversiTech may have started in the equipment pad business in 1971, but we’ve expanded across many different categories servicing the HVAC/R industry. We are focused on growth through internal product development, external partnerships, and acquisition.
Manufacturing a suite of products, which includes a wide range of mechanical, electrical, chemical, and structural parts for HVAC/R systems, DiversiTech brings unparalleled scaling capabilities and supplier expertise. DiversiTech holds numerous patents and operates an advanced R & D materials division dedicated to bringing more value to its customers. Across our over 1 million square feet of manufacturing and distribution space in key U.S., Canadian and European locations, DiversiTech has enjoyed a continued history of successful growth, both from within and through acquisition. We’ve added industry recognized brand names including Fresh-Aire UV®, hilmor®, Packard, Quick-Sling®, and SpeedClean® to the DiversiTech family of products in our quest to continuously service our customers with best-in-class products that will help them simplify their work.
