Our new customers are often in awe of our vast supply of PARTS. We proudly boast the largest parts room of any pool store in the south east. The parts department has been manned by the same two men for over 35 years. Their knowledge and advice is invaluable. Tri-State Pools offers FREE water analysis that has been provided by the same person for over 35 years. Our customers appreciate that we truly “get to know” their individual pool and/or hot tub, the environment it is in and our ability to offer instruction and advice based on that history. Tri-State Pools has staff have continually maintained their education, sharpened their skills and stayed up-to-date in any advances within the pool and spa industry.
