Resort service fee has been halved and includes complimentary Wi-Fi, health and fitness center with morning beach yoga and one fitness class per day, access to Racquet Club and Golf Club practice facilities, one hour tennis court rental, one beach umbrella and four chairs, and Gold/Platinum/Titanium/Ambassador Elite guests receive daily signature cocktail at any lounge for up to two people.
Shipping and Receiving
All inbound freight shipped to the resort can arrive no more than one week in advance. All handling charges will be charged to the vendor’s account.

Exhibitors will be required to fill out a form allowing receiving and handling charges to be billed to their guestroom.
When shipping inbound freight, please affix completed “Vendor Shipping Labels” to all packages (Download Here). Please include the representative from your company that will be onsite so shipping and receiving charges can be mapped to their account. Enter your meeting details such as presentation and what day you’re presenting, or tradeshow. This will ensure packages are organized at the resort.
