In the early 1970s, our founder & president recognized a need in the hose market for a quality product that could perform a wide variety of tasks without the high cost of much heavier rubber hoses. Pacific Echo was founded to fill that need and create an innovative line of flexible PVC hoses.
By 1979, Pacific Echo had moved into its current Torrance, California facility and the SPIRALITE® name was established as a benchmark for high-quality and versatile products at an affordable cost. We are one of the largest PVC manufacturers in the USA and our products can be found around the world.

Our MADE IN THE USA products use only virgin, non-toxic resins; no reground or recycled material is ever used in SPIRALITE® hoses and tubing. We source our raw materials directly from the producers so that we can ensure that they meet our exacting standards.
Originally designed for basic water suction and discharge, our in-house team of engineers has developed products for markets as diverse as food processing and dairy, mining and construction, farming and irrigation, recreation and environmental improvement. We are also the industry leader in flexible hose for swimming pools and spas in terms of both volume and experience — Pacific Echo helped to develop the first IAPMO approval criteria and our products continue to set the industry standard.
